Grab your foursome and Tee It Up for T1D! Come join us at beautiful Brier Creek Country Club, an Arnold Palmer-designed championship golf course, for our inaugural charity golf tournament. This year’s event features a complimentary breakfast, a silent auction and raffle, as well as other fun on-course games. Net proceeds will benefit the Sophia Ruggieri Memorial Foundation and Breakthrough T1D, 501(c)(3) organizations dedicated to transforming the lives of all those affected by Type 1 Diabetes.
Together, our organizations share a unified mission:
To accelerate life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent, and treat Type 1 Diabetes—while delivering meaningful, immediate support to all those living with T1D today
Proceeds from this tournament will directly support:
• T1D research and innovation
• Camp experiences for children with diabetes
• College scholarships and family assistance
• Community education, advocacy, and outreach
This event is more than a round of golf—it is a movement of purpose, remembrance, and relentless optimism for a cure.
