The Sophia Ruggieri Memorial Foundation and Breakthrough T1D proudly present a
collaborative charity golf event dedicated to transforming the future for individuals and
families affected by Type 1 Diabetes.

Together, our organizations share a unified mission:
To accelerate life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent, and treat Type 1
Diabetes—while delivering meaningful, immediate support to children, teens, young adults,
and families living with T1D today.

Proceeds from this tournament will directly support:

• Camp experiences for children with diabetes
• College scholarships and family assistance
